While a lot of us in the United States can often forget that there are other places in the world…LG has not. LG will be announcing a pair of new smartphones called the “L Series” (No, not like Android L) for growing 3G markets. LG claims these devices will be a powerful less-expensive option for the people in target areas that want a decent smartphone. There is currently no pricing for these L Series smartphones, but LG will unveil these devices in Berlin at IFA 2014.

L Series Smartphones LG Fino

The devices will continue the “Rear Key Button” design, in a form-factor very similar to the LG G3. Both devices will be slated to come with a “class-leading” 8MP rear shooter, that includes proprietary UX features to make your picture taking experience quick and fun. LG is very specific about including the beloved features of the LG G3 within these L Series smartphones: Touch and Shoot will be included to snap pictures quickly by tapping anywhere on the screen. Gesture Shot is included, which gives users the ability to open and close your hand to trigger the camera shutter. Front Camera Light will illuminate your screen when taking selfies so you can see that mug of yours a lot better. Knock Code is included – this feature is no surprise by many of you. Knock Code lets you unlock your device by tapping on the screen in a pattern of your choice.

You color lovers out there don’t need to worry. The L Series smartphones will come in a variety of colors. The L Fino comes in: White, Black, Gold, Red, and Green (Varies By Market). While the L Bello comes in White, Black and Gold. I am sure you are wanting to know specifically where these devices can be purchased?
